Automatic filling and capping machine working principle

A stainless steel slat conveyor belt moves the bottles by hand. lf you wish tohave an optional accessory like a bottle unscrambler, you can eliminatemanual operations and increase automation. Filling line bottlephotoelectric sensors can inspect bottles and speed them up.

The filling heads and pump body are 316L. Sensors enable “No Bottle-NoFilling” when the bottle is in the right place. PLc touch screens control fillingvolume, and servo motors drive it. After filling, the primary turntable willconvey the bottles to the cap storage section, where the sensor will recheckthe cap placement. This completes the capping procedure.

The capping lifting shaft lowers the capping head as the bottle rotates onthe main turntable. The bottle-pressing cylinder in the capping stationprevents the bottle body from rotating.

Caps spin it to prevent the bottlefrom rising with the head. A cam underneath the frame lowers the cappinglifting shaft. Three shrinking manipulators turn towards the bottle opening.Thus, the bottle cap is secured, and the bottle pressing cylinder returns,transferring the capped bottle on the conveyor belt from the primaryturntable to the following step.
