This 4 head liquid filler uses a piston/pump/overflow filling system, controlled by PLC and touch screen. Bottles are positioned automatically, and each of the 4 nozzles dispenses an accurate volume of liquid, ensuring consistent filling speed and precision.

Bottle feeding stage 

• The bottles or containers are transported to the filling head through a conveyor belt or screw feeding system. A sensor or photoelectric detector confirms whether the bottles are positioned correctly to avoid leakage or overflow during filling.

Filling process
