The labelling speed is adjustable based on the model and structure of the equipment and it is worthy of mentioning that the output speed of the automatic high-speed rotary labelling machine is hundreds to thousands of products labelling per minute and it is compatible with the customer’s desired speed.

Yes, the automatic high-speed rotary labelling machine is equipped with an advanced adjustment mechanism that enables it to easily adjust to labelling requirements of products with different shapes and sizes, for example, round bottles, square bottles, rectangular bottles and all the others.

Automatic high-speed rotary labelling machine is easy to operate, has high precision and high stability due to its adoption of the latest control system. The control system can really control the labelling position and speed well so that labels can be laminated ; in addition, the operation panel is touch screen so it is easy to be understood by operators and can be set easily if there is need to change something.

Maintaining and repairing such equipment are important in order to ensure the stability of the equipment’s use and increase its service life. For the convenience of users, it is suggested that they should regularly clean and check the equipment and its components, including the sensors, labelling heads, etc.; besides, users are expected to refer to the equipment manual to carry out the maintenance and repair, and prevent corrosive materials coming into contact with the surface of the equipment.

It also notas complicated to useas it has more production efficiency than the semi-automatic one, the labelling quality is more accurate, and more applicable to a wider range of products. Fully automatic conveying, positioning and labeling can be completed without manual intervention in the subsequent procedures; in addition, with the rapid development of the mechanism control system and sensor technology, the stability and reliability of the labeling position can be guaranteed. Furthermore, the fully-automated equipment for applying of the labels correspond to various shapes and sizes of the products and increases flexibility of the equipment.
